As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between clients and internal production teams—owning relationships, overseeing projects from concept to completion, and driving growth through strategic account management. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. Must be local or willing to relocate. Position is located in Worthington, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results.
  • Serve as the main point of contact—ensuring timely communication, anticipating needs, and resolving issues with care.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to strengthen loyalty and retention.
Project & Account Management
  • Translate client goals into actionable production plans with clear scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and manage estimates, billing schedules, and invoicing processes.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and brand consistency.
  • Keep clients and internal teams aligned through regular status updates/meetings and check-ins.
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop account strategies to meet revenue goals and strengthen client engagement.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Introduce new service offerings that support client goals and expand account value.
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with producers, creatives, editors, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams to inform continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that supports creative problem-solving and shared success.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise—keeping projects on track and clients informed.
  • Mentor junior account staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Stay informed on production trends, tools, and industry insights that can elevate client work.
You’re a Fit If You…
  • Have 2–10+ years of account management or project management experience in production, creative services, or a related field.
  • Are highly organized, client-obsessed, and thrive juggling multiple priorities with grace.
  • Excel at translating ideas into action plans and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy—internally and externally.
  • Travel will be required for this role, possibly around 25%.
  • Experience working for a marketing, branding, production company or worked for a company in their production/marketing area that would be ideal.
