Job Description:

Lower is a top 25 tech-driven retail mortgage lender dedicated to helping more people achieve homeownership and build wealth through real estate. The Branch Support Specialist is a sales-focused support role responsible for ensuring our mortgage branches, originators, and sales leaders have the tools, resources, and assistance they need to grow production and serve customers effectively. Acting as the internal point of contact for sales support, this role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, fast turnaround on sales needs, and clear communication between the field and corporate teams.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a point of contact for branch managers and loan originators regarding sales-related needs, including loan scenarios and product guideline clarification.

• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, secondary, compliance) to resolve sales-impacting issues quickly.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of sales tools, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to the field.

• Support originators in using CRM platforms, lead management systems, and sales technology to maximize productivity.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and production summaries for branches and sales leaders.

• Monitor branch KPIs and identify opportunities for increased production and improved efficiency.

• Support onboarding of new loan originators and branch staff by ensuring they have access to sales systems, tools, and resources from day one.

• Assist sales leaders with the coordination of recruiting activities, branch visits, and sales events.

Field Communication & Coordination

• Distribute timely updates on product changes, marketing campaigns, and company initiatives that impact branch and originator sales efforts.

• Respond quickly to daily sales-related questions from branches and originators to keep business moving forward.

• Coordinate and schedule sales calls, webinars, and training sessions that provide tools and strategies to increase production.

• Gather and share feedback from the field with leadership to improve sales processes, tools, and support resources.

• Act as the central point of contact between corporate teams and the field to ensure originators have what they need to generate and close more business.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience or mortgage sales support experience, preferably in a retail lending environment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Encompass Loan Origination Software (LOS).

• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, processes, and sales operations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, mortgage LOS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset when working with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with mortgage originators and branch managers.

• Familiarity with sales reporting tools and pipeline management.

• Ability to work in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
