Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic sourcing expert with a proven track record of recruiting top talent in competitive markets through innovative channels and networking.
What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
Create and execute talent acquisition strategies for both immediate hiring needs and long-term pipeline building.
Use creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, professional associations) to identify and attract talent.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and interview best practices.
Represent Lower at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences as needed.
Who You Are
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology, fintech, or financial services.
Skilled in passive candidate sourcing and talent pipelining using multiple channels.
Adept at behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using ATS and recruiting tools.
Curious, adaptable, and willing to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
