Job Description:

The IT Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing asset logistics, inventory, onboarding, and offboarding processes within the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee asset management processes, including procurement, distribution, and tracking of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure availability of equipment for onboarding new hires.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by setting up workstations and providing necessary IT equipment to new employees.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including the retrieval and reclamation of IT assets from departing employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT logistics needs and support organizational initiatives.
• Assist in additional responsibilities and special projects as required by the IT department.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with IT equipment and technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in asset management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
