Job Description:

Movoto, part of the Lower family, is currently hiring for a Business Operations Manager! The Business Operations Manager leads a high-performing team responsible for revenue collection and core operational processes. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and driving strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business results.

What you’ll do:

Revenue Platforms Oversight

  • Manage revenue processes across MSN, Lever, OJO Pro+, and unreported transactions.

Team Leadership & Operations Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance targets.

  • Align responsibilities with organizational priorities and maintain accountability.

  • Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address challenges, and communicate key updates.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and refine business processes to improve productivity and scalability.

  • Implement workflow enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of operational changes.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with senior management to translate strategic goals into operational plans.

  • Ensure business strategies are executed effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure team performance and revenue outcomes.

  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

Project Management

  • Oversee operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Process Documentation & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes.

  • Ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements while updating documentation as processes evolve.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between operations and other business units.

  • Resolve operational issues through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Establish and enforce best practices for compliance and operational excellence.

Who you are:

  • Proven ability to manage and develop small teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving business processes.

  • Proficient in project management and cross-functional coordination.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with business tools such as Salesforce, business intelligence (BI) platforms, and workflow automation.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in real estate or customer-centric operations

  • Salesforce | Netsuite | Looker | Google Sheets | Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with product development, technology collaboration, and regulatory/compliance standards.

  • Chargify or similar platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX

Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000
