Job Description:

Movoto, a part of the Lower.com family, is seeking an Agent Database Manager to work on our Lever program for real estate agents. Lever by Movoto is a high-performance real estate operations platform designed to empower agents, teams, and brokerages with world-class tools, systems, and support. Lever is redefining how individual agent systems and services scale together in real estate.

As Manager, Agent Database Services, you will lead the strategy, development, and maintenance of Lever’s database architecture. This role will oversee all aspects of our database playbooks, including data integrity, performance optimization, and integration with our agents’ own systems, while ensuring usability and scalability across various platforms. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure the reliable, insightful, and efficient use of Lever Admin Team, owning the execution of the Lever value proposition across agent databases.

What you’ll do:

Data Strategy & Architecture

  • Draft and manage copyright documentation, including but not limited to language echoing Lever’s coaching and training, custom verbiage upon request, factoring in agent feedback
  • Draft monthly client-facing newsletters influenced by Lever’s trainings and curating supporting articles
  • Creation of sales and marketing language that delivers conversion results
  • Own the overall designs, performance, and optimization of Lever’s database playbooks
  • Research and identify technological and streamlined solutions for improved efficiency among database team
  • Drive database architecture to support our individual agents’ databases with scalability and implementation
  • Lead data migration and integration of Lever’s playbooks across various agent-facing systems (including but not limited to: Command, Lofty, kvCore/BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Moxi, Lion’s Desk, CINC)

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage a growing team of database administrators
  • Collaborate with the Lever Admin Team to define and optimize agent’s database requirements and priorities
  • Serve as the Lever Admin Team’s expert on Lever Agent’s database infrastructure

Database Operations

  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and data (disaster) recovery of all agent-facing databases
  • Establish and monitor processes for new solution implementation, data backup, and information retention
  • Problem solving and implementation of solutions that are recorded in Lever’s Database Playbook SOP

Compliance

  • Lead efforts around data quality, security, privacy, and compliance for each agent’s brokerages and the TCPA requirements within the agent-facing systems.
  • Implement a monitoring process for surfacing issues and challenges with proactive solutions and plans towards resolution

Agent Facing environment

  • Lead agent-facing onboarding calls, reinforcing Lever’s value proposition
  • Manage the database team to implement and maintain expectations stemming from onboarding
  • Be available to troubleshoot and problem-solve with agents
  • Ability to effectively communicate database processes and CRM limitations in layman's terms

Innovation & Growth

  • Proactively review agent-facing system updates and industry trends in cloud databases and analytics
  • Partner with agent-facing systems on product roadmap opportunities
  • Implement a monitoring process for surfacing issues and challenges with proactive solutions and plans towards resolution

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience managing agent-facing databases
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management role
  • Experience in cloud environments (Google, Office 365, Salesforce) with a strong understanding of systems infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with real estate, CRM systems (e.g., Command, Lofty, kvCore/BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Moxi, Lion’s Desk, CINC), and marketing automation tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Preference for those in Austin, TX, but can be fully remote

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
