Job Description:
The Lower Connect team is a high-impact group within Lower responsible for uniting our real estate agent network with our loan officers to create value for all parties involved, especially the consumers we all serve.
Every member of the team is expected to bring strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational discipline – designing systems and processes that scale nationally while also working directly with branch managers, agents, and leaders throughout Lower. There is always meaningful, fast-paced, and visible work to be done. You’ll influence Lower’s overall direction and help shape the future of integrated real estate and mortgage service.
This is an opportunity to join the Lower Connect team as a founding member. You will focus on expanding and optimizing our real estate programs, balancing analytical rigor with execution. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders from around Lower to align consumer supply and demand, drive program KPIs, and grow Lower’s real estate business.
What you’ll do:
- Territory & Lead Strategy: Design territory designations and prioritize programs based on market potential, competitive dynamics, and performance data.
- Performance Reporting: Own KPI reporting for agent programs; build dashboards and deliver insights to leadership.
- Sales Enablement: Develop targeted lead lists to ensure sales teams have qualified prospects.
- Program Optimization: Work with product, business development, and operations teams to refine coverage, incentives, and workflows.
- Experimentation & Continuous Improvement: Lead pilots of product features, workflows, and incentives; track results and document best practices.
Who you are:
- 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work well with both executives and frontline teams.
- Equally comfortable analyzing data and executing hands-on work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and BI Tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience in sales enablement is a plus.
