As a Market Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our real estate referral network efficient and effective. You’ll track performance data, identify trends, and work with teams across the company to improve agent performance and referral monetization.
If you enjoy using data to solve real-world problems and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
Track and Report Performance
- Monitor daily and weekly reports to see how many new consumers are coming in, how quickly they’re being connected to agents, and how often those connections lead to successful closings.
- Identify trends and share insights with leadership to help guide business decisions.
- Compare results across markets to find opportunities for improvement.
Improve Agent and Client Matches
- Review how well our system connects consumers with agents and make recommendations to improve match quality.
- Partner with other teams to ensure consumers are contacted quickly and professionally.
- Spot where agents might need more support or training and help coordinate solutions.
Support Agent Success
- Keep track of how often agents are updating their client activity and following through on referrals.
- Help identify agents who are performing well—and those who may need extra coaching or follow-up.
- Work with recruiting teams to strengthen agent coverage in key areas.
Manage Tools and Resources
- Maintain documentation with the latest insights, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Prepare easy-to-understand summaries and reports for leadership meetings.
Who you are:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or business management (real estate experience a plus but not required)
- Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable interpreting data and drawing conclusions
- Experience with dashboards or analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at once
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Why you’ll love working here:
- You’ll be surrounded by talented, dedicated people who believe in the company’s mission.
- You’ll be able to shape the future of Lower’s user experience.
- You’ll join a locally and nationally recognized best place to work that values promotion from within.
- There is opportunity for professional growth and development.
Plus:
- Competitive compensation plan
- Extended benefit offerings including: Medical/dental/vision
- Paid holidays
- Paid time off
- Parental leave
- Life insurance
- Short- and long-term disability
- 401K with company match
