Position title: Senior Software Engineer II, Fullstack Web

About the role
As a Senior Engineer II on our web team, you'll take ownership of key aspects of the ShopLTK.com web platform, which reaches millions of users every day. You'll be a key contributor in the development and maintenance of critical features, working collaboratively with a passionate team of engineers, product managers, and designers. You'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to deploying and monitoring high-quality code. Additionally, you'll have the chance to contribute to the development of our Creator website, broadening your scope and impact within the company. How you will make an impact
- Lead and contribute to the full lifecycle of web application development, from concept and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions using React.js and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack.
- Contribute to improving our development processes and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
What you will bring to LTK
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in web development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.
- Solid understanding of state management libraries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows.
- Experience with testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
