About the role
We’re looking for a Manager, Product Design to lead our Creator and Brand product design teams at LTK. This is a critical leadership role that will drive forward our vision to create deeper, more seamless connections between premium lifestyle Creators and the Brands they work with. This role was created to unify design leadership across our Creator and Brand experiences, unlocking opportunities for strategic alignment, better collaboration, and more impactful execution.

Reporting to the VP, Product Design, this person will oversee approximately 6 product designers, working alongside Staff Product Designers to elevate the craft, clarity, and performance of the team. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders across both domains to improve processes, build strategy, and ensure our design work drives measurable impact. This is a role for a people-first leader who leads by example, collaborates without ego, and brings energy and accountability to every interaction.

How you will make an impact

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product designers across the Creator and Brand teams, supporting their professional growth and helping them do the best work of their careers.
  • Build trust and influence with cross-functional partners—including Product, Engineering, Creative, Marketing, Data Insights—by establishing strong collaboration rituals, clear communication, and shared goals.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning by advocating for customer needs, identifying strategic opportunities, and surfacing insights that inform product prioritization and roadmap development.
  • Develop and articulate clear product design strategies and team visions tied clearly to metrics and that align to business outcomes to unify design across both creator and brand experiences.
  • Partner with Staff Product Designers to uphold and grow the team’s craft bar through design critiques, quality coaching, and documentation.
  • Serve as a design systems champion—promoting consistent usage, identifying opportunities for contribution, and working cross-functionally to evolve the system.
  • Help the team move fast and smart by refining processes, modeling prioritization, and guiding teams to make smart trade-offs without sacrificing user experience.
  • Contribute to a strong and inclusive team culture that prioritizes collaboration, honesty, growth, and accountability.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 7+ years of experience designing digital products, with 3+ years of experience managing and growing product designers in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change, build trust quickly, and unify efforts across complex, multi-surface domains.
  • Experience working in consumer and/or B2B2C products, ideally within marketplace, creator, or brand-facing experiences.
  • Strong working knowledge of design systems and experience advocating for scalable, systematic design solutions.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for building teams that put the customer at the center of the work.
  • High emotional intelligence and a low-ego leadership style—able to give and receive feedback, model LTK values, and build psychological safety on your team.
  • A systems-thinker who can connect team actions to business impact and foster strong cross-functional alignment.
  • A clear communicator who can rally teams around a shared vision and lead with intention, urgency, and care.
