Merge medical imaging solutions, offered by Merative, combine intelligent, scalable imaging workflow tools with deep and broad expertise to help healthcare organizations improve their confidence in patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
As the Project Manager, you will manage medical imaging projects of various sizes and complexities across the Merge suite of products.

Essential Job Duties

  • Provide coordination and communication across programs and project teams

  • Achieve project goals and objectives, balance and manage the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks

  • Clearly outline expected project deliverables and project interdependencies

  • Monitor and define the project, expected outcomes and benefits

  • Lead and coordinate project activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Manage and monitor project progress reports, proactively assessing and responding to risks, for the program stakeholders

  • Align the projects' deliverables, outcomes, and benefits into the program's product, services, or results, such that the program delivers its intended benefits

  • Provides leads for upsell and cross sell opportunities that help solve customer problems, thereby increasing customer lifetime value

  • Maintain professional certifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology, and experience working in programs in a Healthcare or related environment

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent education preferred

  • In-depth knowledge in leading the implementation of technology and business process improvement projects

  • Strong understanding of industry related business challenges, opportunities and internal/external trends related to technology management

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry including clinical processes, workflows, and related technology

  • Strong change management and influencing skills

  • Six Sigma or Process/Continuous Improvement experience is highly preferred

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of academic and relevant work experience.
