The Analyst is responsible for assisting in database updates databases, evaluating and processing client data feeds, generating production deliverables, and providing technical support. This role involves working under the direction of Senior Data Managers and with team leads and other Data Managers to adhere to best practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality databases within specified timelines.Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Develop familiarity with client-supplied data and internally developed tools for assessing data quality.
Process and update databases in alignment with client requirements.
Investigate and report data quality issues to senior data managers for resolutions.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with ETL/programming tools and data integration processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of US healthcare
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach.
Growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field, Computer Science or Technical preferred, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in data management, ETL, and database development.
