Mimecast is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Enterprise Sales – West to lead our team of Enterprise Account Managers. This role is pivotal in driving customer success, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring our enterprise clients receive unparalleled service and support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Inspire and guide the Enterprise Account Management team, aligning objectives with Mimecast’s business goals to achieve high performance.
  • Account Oversight: Oversee key enterprise accounts, ensuring tailored strategies address unique client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs, leveraging data analytics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to align Mimecast’s solutions with their business objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive client management approach.
  • Market Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics to position Mimecast as a leader in email management solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in account management or business development within the technology or SaaS sectors, focusing on enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to drive strategic decisions and improve client outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of email management solutions and their impact on business operations.

The US base salary range for this position is $136,000-$204,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
