Join our team as a Delivery Resource Manager and play a pivotal role in driving project success and team efficiency. You will oversee agile facilitation, resource management, and deployment planning to ensure seamless project delivery. With a focus on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align goals, improve productivity, and deliver impactful results. What You’ll Do:
- Project and Software Delivery Facilitation: Design, implement, and govern the end-to-end delivery process, blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage software development lifecycles, build processes and methodologies leveraging data and insights, and ensure seamless, predictable high-quality software delivery.
- Resource Management: Oversee IT capacity planning, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient utilization to meet project demands.
- Delivery Management: Plan and execute deployment strategies, ensuring timely and smooth project deliveries while mitigating risks.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Implement tracking tools and dashboards to analyze team velocity, resource utilization, and project performance for better forecasting.
- Tool Optimization: Evaluate and recommend project management and agile tools to enhance productivity and transparency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between development, operations, and business stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide detailed status reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and resource utilization.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Expertise: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile Certification preferred, with 2–3 years of experience in agile and/or waterfall environments.
- Resource Management Skills: Proven expertise in capacity planning and resource optimization.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira (admin-level), Microsoft Office tools, and Smartsheet.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex challenges.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams in agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage shifting priorities.
