We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working in-office per week. This role will be based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio and you may be asked to interview in-person.

The Role:

As a Project Manager at MRI Software, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in steering the direction and execution of strategic projects such as product launch programs and product release management. In this multifaceted role, you will also be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between MRI Software and our Partners, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects in alignment with specified business and technical objectives. Some objectives include installations, upgrades, and support of our customers, ensuring their overall system health and availability.

You Will:

Product Support (70%):

  • Triage incoming ACI client requests and collaborate with Product Development, Professional Services, and Account Executives to provide Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams and external partners to gather necessary documentation and information required for integration, certification, and licensing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to partner integrations, certifications, and licenses, ensuring visibility and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to escalated ACI support tickets, meeting or exceeding defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Responsible for ACI client installations, customized configurations, and upgrades.
  • Work with clients and/or security integrators to troubleshoot integration issues when required.
  • Manage ACI project management tasks, working with internal and external resources to ensure ACI solutions are delivered on time and as scoped.
  • Contribute to maintaining ACI support/configuration documentation for both internal and external use.
  • Additional responsibilities as defined by the manager.

Project Management (30%):

  • Drive the execution of product launch programs.
  • Assist in product release management, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
  • Act as a central figure in coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones for product releases and launches, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Lead the assessment and management of risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.

You Have:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to executives and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Solid decision-making skills, considering a range of factors including operational impacts, long-term versus short-term objectives, and balancing various stakeholder needs.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project goals and deadlines, even in fast-paced or unstructured environments.
  • Experience working with web applications.
  • Prior experience managing technical projects.
  • Experience in technical support and/or project management.
