Sales Enablement Specialist

MRI Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our global sales organization’s capabilities.
This is a hybrid role and will be based at either our headquarters in Solon, OH or in Atlanta, GA.
As a member of the Sales Enablement Team reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for defining, developing, coordinating, delivering, and measuring programs to enable our global Sales teams to successfully drive pipeline and revenue growth. This includes offerings for both the established Sales team and new hire onboarding, focusing on Sales skills, product knowledge, and internal tools and processes. We are seeking an articulate, energetic, organized, and inspirational team player with a track record for engaging audiences and stakeholders across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and serve as a regional point of contact for an established Sales onboarding training program (including scheduling, delivery, coaching, and feedback to attendees/managers)
- Manage and coordinate the Sales Certification Program, including resource and project management, scheduling, test question creation, follow-ups on completion, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Education Services) to ensure the Sales team has access to the most up-to-date product information and messaging
- Form relationships with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure consistent adoption of Sales methodologies, tools, enablement assets, and best practices
- Field requests for Sales Enablement from throughout the organization; coordinate, schedule, and host weekly sales enablement calls
- Manage, track, and record training data in the Learning Management System and supporting systems
- Assist with content development and resource coordination for Growth Kick Off and other sales events
- Apply an experimental mindset to continuously improve enablement strategies and adapt to evolving dynamics within the market and organization, keeping up to date on Sales Enablement trends and best practices
- Initiate and maintain a positive relationship with co-workers.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Training and Development, Education, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a professional business environment including Sales enablement, instructional design, program design & development, or training technologies preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
- Ability to work projects through successful completion, proactively communicating status throughout
- Comfortable working with complex global sales teams and multiple product segments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with an engaging demeanor commensurate with positive adult learning
- Background in MEDDICC preferred
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
