We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role can be based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or any of our flagship U.S. based offices (Atlanta, Houston, Dallas)

The Role:

As an MRI consultant you’ll never get bored with doing the same thing every day. You’ll be constantly challenged with new opportunities and new assignments. But some of the typical tasks include:


· Manage all aspects of client implementations including client assessment, data collection, data conversion, set-up, internet-based training, resolution of initial technical issues, and effective hand-off to the Support team.

· Manage completion and timely delivery of all items within a client contract and ensure client satisfaction and expectations.

· Coordinate and perform in-house testing of software data conversions.

· Collaborate with Product Development for new product development and existing product improvements, if requested.

· Collaborate with Department Manager, as appropriate, to create and maintain training documentation, presentations, videos, product guides and online help system maintenance.

· Recommend department process improvements, including developing best practices.

· Work on special projects, as requested.

You Have:

Solid Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or technical field from a reputable 4-year college/university. Applicable work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Enjoys teaching. Not only do our consultants learn new skills, they teach others. Our consultants provide training both to our customers and to our internal MRI employees.
Comfort with business technology. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word provide a solid foundation for success. At MRI we’ll teach you how to work with database applications, how to write business reports using our software, how to manage business data using our technology, and other soft skills to enable your success.
Basic Affordable Housing/Accounting/Business Knowledge. Our customers use our software for accounting and for managing affordable housing real estate properties. Understanding the fundamentals of accounting, business, and affordable housing is fundamental to delivering the best results.

Ability to Travel. Up to 10%

Affordable Housing/Public Housing Knowledge. Preferred but not required.
