Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and helping clients discover the value of our enterprise software solutions. This is a quota-carrying role with plenty of room for growth and development.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients across the UK, understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions.
Manage the full B2B software sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product to ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management using Salesforce.
Travel may be required to meet clients in person, with flexibility to work from one of our offices when not on the road.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B software sales or a similar client-facing role.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for solving client challenges through technology.
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
A collaborative approach and eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
