- Evaluate and implement new tools as needed to improve seller effectiveness and team efficiency.
- Drive tech stack utilization and best practice applications to improve sales rep upskilling and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Partnership
- Partner with Marketing and Product to align go-to-market readiness and launch training.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and HR to define competencies, measure effectiveness, and coach for improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO, SVP of Sales, and executive team on sales enablement best practices and scaling strategies.
- In partnership with Revenue and Operations leaders, help shape a long-term plan for enhancing and integrating the sales operations function.
- Contribute to pipeline forecasting, data integrity, territory management, and performance dashboards.
