We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in office. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or our flagship office in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Business Operations team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving global and regional strategic projects that enhance business operations and contribute to our overall organizational goals. This position reports directly to the VP of Business Operations.
You Will:
Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact cross-functional strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability within business operations.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and impact, providing regular updates to the VP of Business Operations and other stakeholders.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to ensure optimal project execution and successful outcomes.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for executive review and decision-making.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, plus 5-8 years of previous experience managing strategic programs.
Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in business operations or strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
