MRI Software is seeking a Consultant to manage and resolve DealHub-related tickets, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This person should be skilled at gathering requirements, translating technical solutions into business terms, and communicating changes effectively across the organization.

Responsibilities:

DealHub

  • Review tickets that are related to DealHub - Issue requests and enhancement requests
  • For Issue requests - Engage with reporter and stakeholders to either resolve issue or train
  • For Enhancements - Liaison with the business and gather requirements around enhancement requests. Understand the problem and capture details and acceptance criteria. Engage with Dealhub technical resources to create a scalable solution
  • Stay engaged with the DealHub Account Rep on changes to DealHub
  • Communicate to internal team on any global dealhub changes
  • Draft communications and training materials for stakeholders on DealHub changes
  • Translate technical solutions provided by developers into business terms

Migrations

  • Advise on current state DealHub business process for MRI
  • Understand and document the quoting model of the acquired business
  • Comparison and Outlier documentation between MRI and Acquired business with respect to DealHub
  • Assist with Designing the future state of MRI Quoting with Acquired business
  • Partner with Order Management, Sales Ops, FP&A, and Finance Operations to ensure data requirements and quoting requirements are met.
  • Liaison with the business as a whole to ensure continuity of quoting functions

Data and Enablement

  • Front-facing SME for DealHub. Assist with any trainings that the Business Owners require for sales
  • Ensure the SFDC aspect of quoting (output from DealHub) is architected with accuracy
  • Provide reporting support for elements out of DealHub and Salesforce
