Join the mission as Project Coordinator. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to support NetSPI’s Client Delivery department and team of consultants in a variety of functions. This person will work in a client-facing environment with the opportunity to take on smaller projects to build towards a career in Client Delivery!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own documentation for Client Delivery team including client project creation, Client Management SharePoint, and kickoff documentation
  • Work with Sales team and Resource Managing team to coordinate resources for projects
  • Assist Client Delivery Managers and leadership teams to coordinate and if necessary, reschedule client status calls and tasks
  • Own NetSPI’s professional services automation tool and update spreadsheets as necessary for tracking efforts/status updates
  • Setting up clients and consultants with access to our automation reporting tool
  • Work with clients and Client Delivery Managers to coordinate and see through client remediation in timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Based in the Twin Cities
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying life cycles
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM & FinancialForce PSA

Salary: $55,000 + 10% annual bonus
