Manager, Implementations

Point & Pay - Remote (Must be located in Florida)

The Manager, Implementations is responsible for managing the implementation function, the implementation team, results, improvements and maturity of all related process, policy and standards with a focus on quality.


What you'll do:

  • Manage day to day function of the Implementations team.

  • Assist with managing integration team through the full process of ISV integrations. This includes developing, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance of team members.

  • Responsible for leading strategic implementations for key clients and software partners, ensuring seamless integration and effective deployment

  • Own Implementations work distribution, process improvement and delivery.

  • Provide team performance updates to executives.

  • Lead client and software partner implementations.

  • Provide client and partner facing recommendations for best integration solutions.

  • Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set as well as back-end capabilities.

  • Meet with new and existing clients to complete complex implementations.

  • Participate in solution definition with IT leads and external partners.

  • Work with sales team throughout client information collection process.

  • Work with platform tools to complete partner setup, build webpages and perform testing.

  • Own test results to ensure issues are resolved prior to going live.

  • Complete change requests forms on behalf of clients and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure proper awareness.

  • Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team.



What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience (High school diploma or GED required)

  • A minimum four (4) years of process and people management .

  • Minimum one (1) year client facing implementations with strong interaction skills.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience leading or contributing to technical implementations, ideally within payment processor systems or SaaS environments.

  • Experience with software partner integration with joint business interest.

  • Demonstrated success supporting 3rd party Integration & production support.

  • Technical background, with experience in payment processing, mobile applications and/or point of sale systems.

  • Experience on integrating with and utilizing APIs, including sending data with POST requests, and proficient in handling data in JSON and XML formats.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficient in SalesForce case management for managing workflow, status reporting and client ticketing.

  • Knowledge of JIRA, bug and issues tracking and project management tools.

Travel: Up to 25%
