Account Manager

Point & Pay - Remote

Our Account Manager manages all aspects of a premier client portfolio or business segment portfolio. This includes but is not limited to implementations, maintenance, supports and revenue retention and growth.

What you'll do:

● Work directly with clients partners and other stakeholders to build, maintain and grow business relationships

● Attend on-site business meeting to support the Sales team and Operational functions

● Oversee daily engagement with clients as needed

● Own process for managing premier client request and support

● Lead special projects focused on internal process, product improvements and/or 3rd party integrations

● Own training of new and existing clients

● Partner with instructional designer to develop training that is internal and external facing

Develop an expert level understanding of products, services, 3rd party suppliers and full life cycle of client engagement

● Review implementation’s paper work completed by sales or the client to ensure all information needed to set up the client is available

● Manage discovery call with sales when a client has special requirements or questions

Upon new business setup or implementations, verify the setup is correct and complete

● Attempt to solve issues using tools and training provided

● Escalate to IT, sales, finance or upper management issues that cannot be resolved. Follow up issues until 100% completed. Provide permanent updates to client

● Help develop revenue strategies to increase transaction volume

● Visit clients when appropriate

● Own monthly sales/revenue performance dashboards and supporting data

Participate in trade shows and conferences as determined by upper management.

● Assist in developing strategies for improved client engagement

● Oversee, plan and drive special projects focused on internal stakeholders

What we need from you:

● Four year college degree or equivalent education (high school graduate or GED minimum) and work experience in a relevant role.

● Minimum one (1) year experience related to sales, client services or implementations. preferably with a B2B or government client base.

● Must be organized and detailed oriented.

● Excellent oral and written skills.

● Ability to speak to groups made up of current clients, partners and prospects.

Familiar with API, FTP, XML and other technical methods for data exchange.

● Comfortable working with MS Office tools and Google Office Suite applications.

● Comfortable leading meetings, identifying agenda items and driving discussions to achieve meeting goals .

● Ability to be flexible and adjust to change.

Travel Requirements: 25%

Salary Range: $53,000 - $68,000
