What you'll be doing:
- Create and manage application architecture blueprints across Enterprise CRM solutions
- Review and confirm the architectural blueprints and technical solutions the vendors and partners proposed for external implementations.
- Work closely with other divisions and CRM administration organizations in establishing product roadmap aligning with enterprise business architecture in the CRM space.
- Partner with product owners and project management teams to understand and establish the priorities across the organization in the CRM space
- Partner with cross-functional/technical leaders to ensure technology solutions built by the technical team align with the overall architectural and business roadmap
- Work with management closely and proactively to gauge the resource needs to ensure the technical solutions are delivered and maintained in a cost-effective manner
- Build a supporting structure (processes and resources) to ensure the successful execution of the roadmap in a timely fashion with the help of internal and external partners.
- Provide subject matter expertise with CRM architecture and how it integrates within business processes.
- Focus on establishing processes and providing tools to properly understand and document the business requirements through functional specifications and user journeys by closely working with product owners and the project management team.
- Work closely with Salesforce Manager to ensure alignment with current technical architecture development plans and existing deployments
- Oversight of software engineering teams that design, build and maintain custom solutions across the organization in CRM space, and ensures the translation of business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions
- Provide necessary design and development to CRM projects
- Provide insight and guidance and resolve cross-functional issues that arise throughout the application development, testing, implementation, and support lifecycle (across an entire portfolio of CRM groups)
- Influences and establishes best-in-class practices through solid design decisions and leads the team through all solution development phases by ensuring teams understand and adhere to company methodology, policies, standards, and controls
What we need from you:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar field
- Ten (10) or more years of related Salesforce Architecture experience- required
- Advanced development and architecture certifications in Salesforce, or other CRM solutions- required
- Experience or certifications using devops approaches
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- At least 10 years working on large-scale CRM solutions in general
- Solid understanding of distributed systems
- Minimum (3-5 yrs) experience in each of the following:
- Evaluating new Enterprise CRM technologies, features, and products
- Leading and/or participating in Proof of Concept projects
- Advanced design and development experience using CRM solutions (i.e. Salesforce)
- Developing and communication Enterprise CRM industry best practices
- Five or more years of APEX development experience
Salary Range: $170,000- $200,000
