We are currently seeking a Business Transformation Value Advisor - Senior Director to join our team in Seattle, Washington (US-WA), United States (US).
NTT's Business Value Consultant plays a crucial role in helping customers achieve their business objectives through technology modernization and transformation. This role collaborates with multidisciplinary pursuit teams and utilizes a consultative approach to define clear and business-centric problem statements. The Business Value Consultant conducts thorough market research and creates business cases to demonstrate the value proposition and the return on investment (ROI) of the proposed solution. They analyze the potential impact of the solution and align the technology offerings with the client’s goals. The Business Value Consultant reports directly to the VP of Business Value Services.
- Develop and deliver business solutions that address the client’s challenges and opportunities, leveraging the latest technologies, platforms, and methodologies
- Conduct business value assessments and analyses to identify the customer's pain points, needs, and opportunities to provide value-add offerings
- Utilize a consultative approach to present business cases and value propositions demonstrating the value and benefits of technology modernization and transformation to the customer
- Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organization with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's business goals and requirements
- Support the sales cycle by providing business value insights, conducting workshops, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and presenting to senior executives
- Communicate and present the business solution to the client and other stakeholders clearly and compellingly
- Conduct market-based assessments and business case analyses to demonstrate a solution's value proposition and return on investment
- Support price-to-win and financial deal structuring activities to optimize the solution's competitiveness and profitability
- Develop pricing models and scenarios based on the solution's scope, requirements, and assumptions
- Provide feedback and insights on best practices, market trends, and customer needs to the Business Value Services unit and the Client Growth Office
- Utilizing strong communication and presentation skills to work with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels
Qualifications
- 12 years of IT Services or Business Consulting experience in business value consulting, business analysis, sales operations, or a similar role
- 7 years’ experience utilizing methodologies and strategic business analysis to measure financial, strategic and operations benefits to leverage to develop value propositions, business cases, and ROI justifications
- Knowledgeable of technology modernization and transformation concepts, methodologies, and models/frameworks
- Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance; Manufacturing, Commercial, and/or Healthcare industries
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in business value analysis, ROI methodology, or related field is a plus
- MBA is a plus
