Responsibilities:

Manage user access and permissions within the Esker application

Conduct user training or train-the-trainer sessions to ensure efficient utilization of the Esker application

Perform application demonstrations to showcase its capabilities to stakeholders

Create custom views, dashboards, and reports based on specific business requirements

Act as a consultant during new implementations, representing the business needs and translating them into efficient user stories

Provide system training, potentially utilizing limited coding with regular expressions

Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support for users

Some familiarity with reading processing logs, API calls, SFTP, IDOCs, and one or more ERPs connected to Esker is preferred.

Some familiarity with order management, AP, or AR business practices is a bonus.

Esker is connected to SAP ECC6, IBS, Mainframe, QAD, JDE Oracle E1 9.2, and soon SAP S4/Hana.
