We are currently seeking a AI Engagement Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

As an AI Engagement Leader with NTT DATA, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI initiatives and ensuring their successful execution within our practice. This position demands a unique blend of AI expertise and exceptional delivery leadership skills. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Your role will involve not only managing the technical aspects but also fostering strong relationships with clients and leading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting go-to-market strategies to promote our AI solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive AI strategies that align with both client needs and organizational goals, positioning our practice as a leader in AI solutions.

• Oversee the execution of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Apply agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project execution.

• Serve as an accountable executive to clients for the delivery of AI engagements. Act as primary liaison between clients and technical teams, translating business objectives into actionable technical plans and maintaining ongoing engagement with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with sales executives, client partners, and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, support the sales process with technical expertise, and contribute to proposal development.

• Lead client presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our AI solutions, tailoring messaging to meet specific client needs.

• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Support team members in their professional development.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of the AI Enablement practice capabilities including delivery methods and playbooks, best practices, and reusable assets and frameworks.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in AI and technology-driven roles, such as Program Lead or Product Owner, with a focus on delivery leadership.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams and managing iterative solution development.

• 3+ years of experience with AI and machine learning concepts, with proven ability to translate them into business value.

• Ability to travel at least 25%.

Preferred Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with both clients and internal teams.

• Experience in a consulting environment, particularly in delivering enterprise AI and data and analytics solutions.

• Demonstrated understanding AI technologies and their applications.

• Undergraduate degree or graduate degree preferred.

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management.
