We are currently seeking a Price to Win (P2W) Advisor to join our Client Growth team. This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with moderate travel required to collate on deals as necessary.
The CGO’s Price to Win (P2W) Advisor for North America plays a strategic role in shaping competitive bids in large-scale/mega enterprise solutions. This team, and each advisor on the team, works to advise mega pursuits following NTT DATA’s P2W process, bringing the perspective of market pricing, competitor tactics and client buying behavior to the context of a sales pursuit, resulting in alignment of the sales team, business and practice leadership behind a competitive solution. The North America P2W Advisor will review scope and sizing metrics for proactive and prescriptive solutions, examine competitors in play, factoring in past contracts and client buying behaviors to estimate and communicate recommended pricing to core opportunity team and leadership. The advisor will work with his experience, competitor knowledge base, and review of primary sources of intelligence including procurement documents, solution specifications and competitor earnings calls to speak with authority on the P2W he creates and delivers. Fact-based and thoughtful communication is necessary when working with Sales Leads, Technical Architects and leads of various practices to communicate the P2W. While every sales pursuit is different, and will require customization of the process and tools, the P2W Advisor will also contribute to the larger teams knowledgebase, tools and processes to optimize the success of the team and improve the Win Rate for the pursuits supported.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Competitive Analysis: Research competitors’ pricing, capabilities and historical bid behavior.
- Customer Insight: Understand client budget constraints, procurement strategy, and value drivers.
- Cost Modeling: Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to compare NTT DATA cost model and pricing with Competitive Price to Win
- Win Strategy Development: Align pricing with technical and business strategies to differentiate and enhance proposal competitiveness.
- Scenario Planning: Develop multiple pricing scenarios based on risk, margin, and probability of win.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with capture managers, pursuit leads, proposal teams and executives to refine bid strategies.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure pricing strategies meet regulatory and contractual requirements (especially in public sector bids).
- Post-Mortem Analysis: Review outcomes of won/lost bids to refine future PTW strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience to include:
- Strong background in business strategy, finance, or systems engineering
- Deep understanding of government procurement or enterprise IT contracting
- Proficiency in cost estimation tools, Excel modeling, and competitive intelligence platforms
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of work experience (i.e. 4 additional years of work experience in leu of Bachelor’s Degree)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage ambiguity
