Summary: Onbe seeks a strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition and engagement. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies to fuel our growth and improve our market presence. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Revenue Operations to orchestrate full-funnel marketing programs that generate and accelerate demand.
Responsibilities
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.
• Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, building integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, ABM, and events to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
• Own and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts; ensure spend is efficiently allocated to maximize ROI.
• Fully use the analytics tools available to gain insight, drive performance, and transform our business using data and knowledge.
• Collaborate on building robust and coordinated marketing programs with the marketing team using content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and events to drive new lead generation.
• Devise, implement, and optimize all demand generation campaigns and sales cadences such that the right marketing or sales message is delivered to the right person at the right time to build a cohesive and great experience for prospects.
• Administer weekly campaign performance reports/insights, set up and own campaign measurement (UTM’s, etc.)
• Passion for conversion optimization, results, and metrics
• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of demand generation professionals, fostering a high-performance, data-informed, and collaborative culture.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of marketing campaign experience is required (Campaigns, Attribution, Automation, Lead Management); 3+ years managing and mentoring team members.
• Expertise in digital marketing, campaign orchestration, inbound/outbound strategy, and marketing funnel optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation, and account-based marketing (ABM) platforms.
• Shown CRM experience and knowledge required (MS Dynamics)
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, etc.
• Strategic mindset with strong project management and communication skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $147,330.00.00 to $173,000.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
