Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile individual to support our GTM Finance and GTM Compensation teams in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow their analytical and SaaS expertise, working closely with cross-functional teams to create financial insights and optimize compensation processes.

Key responsibilities include financial modeling, pipeline analysis, sales compensation support, and performance tracking. The analyst will collaborate with business partners across teams to deliver actionable insights, maintain process documentation, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.

You will report to our Sr. Director of Finance and Strategy and partner closely with colleagues in Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence. You will be in a uniquely strategic, data-driven, and operational role with a mix of both quantitative and qualitative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.

  • Utilize financial data to support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarter-end close activities.

  • Conduct and deliver pipeline analyses across the full sales funnel to build bookings forecast.

  • Create and validate ARR reporting in collaboration with Accounting and Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.

  • Conduct timely and accurate monthly and quarterly calculations of sales compensation, monitoring payments to ensure compliance with plan components and company policies.

  • Respond to employee inquiries, develop and maintain process documentation including training materials for new hires.

  • Collect, analyze, and report sales-related performance data to increase overall sales productivity

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate performance based on sales quotas.

  • Develop working relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business unit strategies and requirements.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or other quantitative major required

  • At least 3 to 5 years of combined financial analysis, business analysis, and/or accounting experience required

  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP & Financial Planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment)

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a technical aptitude for financial systems development, reporting, and automation

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and accuracy

  • Ability to handle competing deadlines and shifting priorities

  • Strong attention to detail while working in a fluid environment

  • Be able to communicate with individual contributors as well as sales leadership and executives

$90K - $100K

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
