Key Responsibilities:
ERP Product Enablement Program Ownership

Drive alignment across messaging, positioning, documentation, demos, and FAQs.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility into readiness health, risks, and dependencies.
Launch Readiness & Migration Program Management
Serve as program manager for all product enablement components of launch readiness.
Establish go/no-go checkpoints and readiness validation mechanisms.
Manage timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and stakeholder accountability.
Coordinate sequencing across Product, PMM, Enablement, and GTM teams.
Own enablement planning for migrations, platform transitions, packaging changes, and major ERP shifts.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, gaps, or blockers with clear mitigation plans.
Ensure customer-facing and field-facing assets are delivered on time and validated before launch.
PMM Initiative & Rollout Execution
Act as the operational backbone for PMM-led initiatives requiring structured rollout.
Translate positioning and messaging into structured enablement deliverables.
Partner with PMM to ensure messaging consistency across decks, documentation, demos, FAQs, and internal guidance.
Support packaging, pricing updates, feature bundling, and portfolio repositioning efforts.
Ensure internal readiness materials reflect final messaging and strategic intent.

Design and implement GPT-powered workflows to support:

Champion responsible and effective AI adoption within Product Marketing and Enablement.
Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Track readiness health across launches and migrations.
Report on artifact completion, timeline adherence, and enablement engagement.
Analyze recurring friction points and implement structural improvements.
Simplify complex cross-functional workflows into clear, repeatable operating systems.
Drive measurable improvements in launch predictability and GTM confidence.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
4–6 years of experience in program management, launch operations, product enablement, or product marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional product launches or portfolio-level initiatives.
Strong systems thinker with demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and frameworks.
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GPTs, automation workflows, prompt systems) to improve productivity or operational efficiency.
Excellent project management skills, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
