We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Representative who is responsible for reviewing off-lease inspection reports and correcting reports for accuracy and reporting those errors for training.

You Will:

  • Perform quality control reviews of inspections, and audits per standard operating procedures.

  • Provide timely and accurate feedback regarding the quality/accuracy of the reviews as defined by client/company requirements; escalate problem areas to the attention of the appropriate AutoVIN personnel.

  • Participate in training opportunities to maintain knowledge and stay abreast of best practices

  • Ensure that all non-conformances are properly reported through internal reporting mechanisms and/or personnel, as appropriate, for resolution. Participate in the resolution and corrective action necessary to resolve a non-conformance, if required.

  • Work as a member of a team to establish a credible and productive working relationship with peers and managers throughout the organization.

  • Review and distribute inspection reports as requested/required; maintain an overall status report of client inspection activities. Provide routine status reports to management.

  • Assist other team members with research

Must Have’s:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years related work experience

  • A candidate must have strong written, verbal and technical communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • A candidate must have the ability to work as a member of a team and to communicate effectively by listening, speaking and writing.

Nice to Have:

  • Automotive experience is a plus.

Compensation Range of

Hourly: $18.00 - $20.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
