This is a Part-Time opportunity, requiring the hours of 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM EST (24 hours per week).

What We’re Looking For:

PAR North America is looking for customer service professionals to join our Account Coordinator, Night team! We’re looking for someone who possesses excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced industry. Our team members are professional, metric-driven, and can handle high volumes and pressing deadlines. Our Account Coordinators work to develop strong customer relationships with our vendors in recovery management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support, and ability to answer or research the answer to client, agent, auction, or customer questions.

  • Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution.

  • Assign or reassign recovery agents as needed.

  • Monitor and process accounts in all internal system queues as directed. This includes New Accounts, Holds/Closes, Client Update Queue.

  • Maintain daily and weekly reports per client or management request using Google applications.

  • Act as liaison between client, customer, and recovery agent.

  • Utilizing knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google products, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems.

  • Miscellaneous clerical duties include filing, copying, and administrative support.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities.

  • Perform other duties as directed by PAR Management.

  • Excellent organizational and communicational skills. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

  • Tech savvy and experience with Google products preferred.

Must Have’s

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous customer service experience is required

  • Previous experience working in a remote call center preferred

Compensation Range of

Hourly: $17.00 - $19.00
