Position Overview
We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle with our customers, partners, and vendors. This role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and enable business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including SaaS subscription agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs, partner agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal advisors.
- Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies, business objectives, and compliance requirements.
- Manage the contract lifecycle process, from initiation to execution and renewal, including maintaining an organized repository of agreements.
- Identify potential risks in contracts and propose practical solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline contract processes and improve efficiency.
- Support leadership with reporting and insights on contract status, risks, and obligations.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, policy updates, and best practices related to contracting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS agreements, subscription models, and enterprise contracting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce a plus.
