Position Overview

We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle with our customers, partners, and vendors. This role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and enable business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including SaaS subscription agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs, partner agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal advisors.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies, business objectives, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle process, from initiation to execution and renewal, including maintaining an organized repository of agreements.
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and propose practical solutions to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline contract processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support leadership with reporting and insights on contract status, risks, and obligations.
  • Assist with compliance initiatives, policy updates, and best practices related to contracting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS agreements, subscription models, and enterprise contracting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce a plus.
