We're seeking a Vice President of Technology to establish and guide the strategic direction of IT, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of IT strategies that drive business transformation.

• Oversee IT business plans and budgets that support long- and short-term company goals.

• Ensure project success by maintaining controls, schedules, and budget accuracy.

• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven performance metrics.

• Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure IT solutions align with business needs.

• Serve as HIPAA Compliance Officer, overseeing security and compliance.

• Supervise senior technology leaders and manage IT teams across infrastructure, database administration, and analytics.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.

• Experience working with non-profits is a plus.

• Proven ability in managing remote teams.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid Work Flexibility: Telecommuting as needed.

• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with occasional weekend and evening hours.

• Travel: Approximately 10%.

• Tech Setup: Must have high-speed internet (Cable or Fiber) with minimum required download/upload speeds.
