What You'll Do
As a NextGen EPM Analyst, you'll be the go-to resource for resolving advanced application issues that go beyond the Service Desk. You’ll work directly with members to troubleshoot, educate, and ensure smooth resolution of technical challenges across NextGen EPM, EDR, and related systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and resolving escalated NextGen tickets and inquiries
Communicating effectively with members via email and phone
Documenting service requests and maintaining accurate ticket records
Escalating issues to other departments or vendors when needed
Providing consultative support and maintaining strong member relationships
Participating in special projects and contributing to team initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Associate’s degree or 5+ years in Computer Science or Healthcare IT
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting NextGen applications
NextGen Certified Professional (NCP)
5+ years troubleshooting hardware/software issues
3+ years in a helpdesk or call center environment
Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
Technical Requirements for Remote Work Space:
Cable or Fiber Internet
Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps
Minimum upload speed: 5 Mbps
Location: Office-based with flexible telecommuting options
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
