Job Description:

OSIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced NextGen EPM Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.—but it’s not just a desk job. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and is ready to travel up to 50% of the time to support our Members onsite.

What You'll Do:

As a NextGen EPM Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex NextGen tickets and leading high-impact projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and Members to deliver exceptional service, drive efficiency, and improve patient care outcomes.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for NextGen implementations, upgrades, interfaces, and go-live support.
• Resolve Tier 3 NextGen tickets with precision and speed, escalating when necessary.
• Lead and participate in Member calls to ensure compliance with evolving technologies and regulations.
• Conduct both remote and onsite training sessions for Members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket status updates across all projects.
• Act as a liaison between Members and internal teams, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
• Evaluate feasibility of Member requests and provide expert guidance on NextGen capabilities.
• Participate in workflow analysis, client builds/configuration, and onboarding processes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for onsite Member support and training.
• Availability to work nights and weekends when needed.
