Job Description:

OSIS is seeking a Network Engineer II to help us deliver secure, high-performance network solutions to our members and partners across the country.

What You’ll Do

As a Network Engineer II, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our network and security infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, respond to escalated support requests, and ensure our systems meet high availability and performance standards.

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco and Fortinet networks, firewalls, and wireless systems
  • Monitoring resource usage and tuning performance for optimal efficiency
  • Developing procedures to prevent outages and improve system resilience
  • Creating and maintaining configuration and support documentation
  • Providing professional technical support to staff, vendors, and service providers
  • Resolving escalated help desk requests and participating in on-call rotations
  • Managing projects and delivering services aligned with organizational goal

What You Bring:

  • A strong understanding of virtual networking and basic physical LAN concepts
  • Experience with network device installation, configuration, and upgrades
  • A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
  • The ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute to long-term infrastructure planning
