What You'll Do

As a NextGen EHR Analyst, you'll be the go-to resource for resolving escalated NextGen application issues. Your role will involve:

• Managing and resolving complex NextGen EHR, EDR, and Document Management system tickets

• Communicating effectively with members to ensure timely and thorough resolution

• Documenting ticket activity with precision and clarity

• Collaborating across departments and vendors to escalate and close tickets efficiently

• Supporting NextGen-related projects outside of daily ticket flow

• Maintaining strong member relationships through consultative support and high-quality service

What you Bring

Required:

• Associate’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Computer Science or Healthcare IT

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting NextGen applications

• NextGen Certified Professional (NCP)

Preferred:

• 5+ years troubleshooting hardware/software issues

• 3+ years in helpdesk or call center environments

• Strong multitasking and deadline management skills

Work Environment & Tech Requirements

• This is a full-time 100% remote, first shift position that requires 40 hours a week with occasional overtime on nights and weekends

• Must have cable or fiber internet with minimum speeds of 20Mbps download / 5Mbps upload
