Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst in our Strategy and Insights team, you will analyze the sales impact of point of care marketing campaigns, assessing the business impact for our client, and present results to help clients decide how to improve performance of future campaigns. This role contributes to profitable growth by driving client ROI and confidence, to drive strong campaign renewal and.

What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst Strategy & Insights collaborates with client-facing sales teams, pharmaceutical clients, ad agencies, and data suppliers to independently develop and present campaign measurement results to internal and external clients. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Independently coordinate, execute, and summarize 3rd party customized research with outside suppliers
  • Align on research methodologies with Pharma clients while developing positive relationships with client research personnel
  • Organize and analyze prescription sales data using syndicated query tools, Microsoft Excel, and MS Access
  • Use 3rd-party campaign measurement reports to develop recommendations that drive growth for clients and PatientPoint
  • Develop presentations, then present findings and recommendations to internal and external clients
  • Provide insights and market context to help our team and clients improve future campaign performance
  • Develop and present case studies that enable our sales teams to show pharmaceutical, biotech, and retail clients the potential benefits of PatientPoint’s point of care marketing programs

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, economics, psychology, healthcare, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in research, statistics, healthcare economics, business intelligence, and/or related fields
  • A strong interest in applying logic and strategy to data
  • Comfort working with large data sets (1,000-500,000 records)
  • Experience developing clear stories and visualizations with data
  • Demonstrated skills in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (proficient), and Word (proficient)
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of statistics

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

  • Graduate work in Research, Statistics, or Healthcare
