Financial Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office (M, Tu, Th) / 2 days remote (W,F) weekly

Job Summary
The PatientPoint Finance team is in an exciting season of building and growing its Finance team. We are actively looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our already engaged and committed team. What You’ll Do

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and gather financial data and insights. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial information, analysis, and tools to help senior management make informed decisions. Translate financial data and trends into actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, preparing financial forecasts, and tracking performance against targets. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results to provide insights into business performance. Maintain up to date financial trackers.
  • Consolidation and Reporting: Support month-end and year-end financial reporting preparation. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
  • Financial Modeling: Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and valuation activities. Ensure models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and enhance efficiency. Implement improvements to increase accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects: Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting principles and financial statements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience: proven success in a Finance, Accounting or relevant role.
  • Experience working with NetSuite Accounting Software, SmartView, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting / Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity in developing and maintaining financial models.
