Job Description:

At Petram, our expertise is in synthesizing data from all across our clients' businesses to craft compelling, data-driven strategies that our clients can take to improve performance..

In this multidisciplinary role, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Lead and be an essential player in both devising marketing strategies and bringing them to life. Your responsibilities will include conducting multi-channel campaign analysis, working to creatively scale and optimize marketing flows, and ensuring our clients sustained success.

Your primary focus will initially be on our B2C clients, growing rapidly through acquisitions. Your role will be crucial in streamlining their marketing strategies and assisting them in identifying and leveraging growth opportunities for their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage omnichannel marketing campaign assets and strategies.
  • Perform marketing analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics to extract and interpret data, transforming it into compelling narratives and actionable strategies.
  • Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, sales impact, and consumer behavior.
  • Design and deliver high-end, compelling data visualizations to illuminate insights, facilitate informed decision-making, and engage stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on and contribute to the development of client presentations, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and clearly convey complex information and strategies.
  • Make data-driven recommendations that align with business goals.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing or design role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, utilizing available tools to create data-driven narratives and implement effective strategies for B2C clients.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and their application.
  • Highly creative and a natural problem solver.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, particularly with Adobe Photoshop.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience with automation software such as Zapier.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tactics and managing flows.
  • Dashboard building skills, preferably with Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar programs.
