The Role: HR Shared Services Lead to join our growing team in Sunnyvale, California.
This role is a great opportunity to have direct impact on employee lifecycle and experience through supporting with onboarding, offboarding, partnering with key HR Stakeholders and enhancing the employee experience.
The HR Shared Services Lead will be the main point of contact for the Shared Services team, will deal with the escalations, project coordinate, and organize the work. You will be expected to be independent and proactive, with a customer service mindset and great stakeholder management skills. This is an individual contributor role and is a good opportunity for someone who is looking to become a people leader in future.
Your day-to-day:
• Organizing team’s work and managing the progress on projects
• Serve as an escalation point to resolve complex issues for team members
• Create, author and manage the HR Shared services knowledgebase
• Research and resolve technical and functional issues and respond to content questions and requests within the HR shared services function.
• Triaging cases via our service management system and shared inboxes and providing resolution in a timely manner and meeting the SLAs, to our employees and various internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes
• Support with onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle processes and queries
• Partner with the Benefits, Payroll, HRBPs, Immigration and compliance team in delivering the best customer service but also partner in various projects
• Provide testing support for Workday updated releases, integration changes and new functionality rollouts
• Actively participate in implementation of new policies and processes
• Process a variety of HR transaction, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the system
• Be able to provide reports and data analysis on request
• Always Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality
• What you bring to the team
• Experience in a HR Shared Services hub as a Senior/Lead, ideally tech company but not a must
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other tools that help eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating to ensure greater operational efficiency
• Team player but also able to work individually
• Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Base Pay Range: 93,730.00 - 147,290.00 USDCalifornia (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 74,550.00 - 117,150.00 USDAll other cities and states excluding those listed above:
