The role- Director, Global Talent Acquisition Strategic Programs

Overview: . This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Proofpoint’s talent by managing and optimizing recruitment processes, tools, and resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic project management and a deep understanding of TA processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • TA Processes: Develop, implement, and refine talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruitment Tools and Resources: Utilize and manage recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and job boards to attract top talent.
  • Recruiting Events: Plan and execute recruiting events to engage potential candidates and promote the company's brand.
  • External Vendors: Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies and contingent workforce providers, to support recruitment efforts.

Program Development: Leading Early in Career/University recruiting program team

  • Design and implement early career development programs, including training sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership initiatives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of university relations initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to align early career and TA strategic programs with organizational goals.
  • Communicate program goals, updates, and successes to internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for partnership, research collaboration, and talent acquisition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 10 + years’ experience in strategic project management and talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in university relations, campus recruitment, in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing teams and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 194,475.00 - 285,230.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 162,375.00 - 238,150.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 148,425.00 - 217,690.00 USD
