We are hiring a Major Product Sales Manager to join our IP team at Clarivate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by managing the direct sale of products, leveraging deep product knowledge and sales techniques to identify opportunities for new growth. You will be steering sales strategy and promoting market expansion for a large, high-impact product line. You will drive alignment across a matrixed sales organization, developing innovative sales pipelines, and cultivating and managing high-level relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales goals and business objectives.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
12+ Years of Relevant Experience in sales, product management, or intellectual property
7+ years of Sales Experience

What will you be doing in this role?
Serve as the primary contact for a large, high-impact product line, cultivating and managing strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Utilize advanced sales and negotiation techniques to engage with high-value customers, drive market expansion, and address complex challenges while building and nurturing high-level customer partnerships
Direct and influence coordination with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement sophisticated sales strategies that enhance Clarivate’s market presence and drive new business expansion
Achieve and exceed sales targets across major product lines and territories, ensuring alignment with Clarivate’s sales objectives and contributing significantly to revenue growth
Provide high-level sales insights and innovative recommendations to senior leadership from analysis of comprehensive reports on sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts
Lead and manage the development and execution of high-impact sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving significant market expansion and customer acquisition
Continuously deepen industry knowledge and product expertise to maintain a competitive advantage while applying advanced insights to refine sales planning and enhance overall commercial success
