The Role

As a Product Manager at RIVET, you will drive the development of innovative workforce management solutions for construction contractors. Your primary focus will be on improving retention and engagement systems for our rapidly growing customer base while expanding our product-market fit to support more sophisticated labor planning workflows. You will define and execute a strategic product roadmap, leveraging analytics to measure impact and deeply understanding customer workflows to deliver meaningful solutions.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including engineers and a dedicated product designer, to bridge technical execution with business objectives. This role is critical in RIVET’s growth stage as we scale our platform following Series A funding. Your contributions will help establish scalable product development processes that support an expanding engineering team and ensure long-term success in the market.

As you grow in this role, you’ll take on greater leadership in shaping RIVET’s workforce management platform, influencing product strategy, and driving innovation that enhances scheduling, dispatch, and labor planning capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with RIVET’s workforce management platform strategy
  • Design and implement customer engagement systems that increase retention and reduce churn
  • Establish a robust analytics framework to measure product impact and inform decision-making
  • Lead customer discovery initiatives to identify and validate new labor planning solutions
  • Define and prioritize product features that improve scheduling, dispatch, and workforce optimization
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product execution
  • Implement scalable product development processes that enhance team efficiency and quality
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new features, collaborating with marketing and sales to drive adoption

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of scaling impact on a customer-facing product
  • Experience with analytics frameworks to measure product performance and guide strategy
  • Strong leadership skills in driving cross-functional collaboration and securing stakeholder buy-in
  • Expertise in product development methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to define and execute a product roadmap with a balance of short-term wins and long-term vision

Even Better

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with SQL and analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
  • Background in workforce management or scheduling solutions
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles or technical product development
  • Experience in the construction industry or related field services
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience in a high-growth environment
  • Success in expanding product-market fit to new customer segments
