Rain partners with employers to provide their employees with access to their earned, but unpaid, wages via our application. Payments to employees are then reimbursed to Rain via a deduction from the employee’s paycheck, and repaid to Rain by the employer. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to help us manage this deduction and repayment process for the next 6+ months.
As a team member overseeing one of Rain’s most critical processes, this person will play a central role as we scale to 1M+ users. You will work with other members of our US-based Revenue team, as well as cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile payments from employers with their corresponding invoices
- Coordinate invoices with employers to ensure timely adjustments and payment
- Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve the issue through communication with the employer, coordination with other internal teams, and/or financial adjustments
- Evaluate current processes and help drive improvements with the Product and Engineering teams
- Produce internal and external reporting related to repayments
Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a collections or accounts receivable role
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including strong
Excel skills and an ability to analyze large sets of data
Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills, with a high level of ownership and dedication to accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
