This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on OPT and STEM-EXT OPT, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work closely with leadership and operational teams across the Allconnect business to promote growth. The role will be responsible for analyzing and iterating upon our current revenue models while also developing net-new processes for our revenue recognition. Success in this role will require being comfortable with building complex financial models, using data analytics tools, and communicating to senior leadership. The role will work closely with those managing the P&L and those driving our various sales strategies. Deliverables of the role will include customer lifetime value models and projections, future opportunity projections, and ad hoc strategic projects. This person will engage and partner with other operations analysts, functional business leaders, and partnership managers to help pave the way towards our businesses' next chapter. You won’t just analyze the data - you’ll own your work; from ideation and strategy to implementation; focusing on a variety of projects directly driving long-term business impact.
What You'll Do:
- Implement and maintain accurate financial models relating to present and future value revenue generation.
- Own data validation and analyses of our current and historical sales performance.
- Collaborate on financial modeling for quarterly, annual, and long-range planning.
- Collaborate with the corporate accounting team and business leads on the monthly financial close process for the Allconnect business.
- Own data and reporting funnels for Allconnect revenue streams primarily focusing on our most strategic partnerships.
- Provide in-depth analyses and insights to drive our sales strategy and identify key business opportunities
- Foster a culture of data-based decision making and an accountability for metrics and repeatable results.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment, ideally in a role focused on revenue operations, business analytics, or financial analysis.
- Proven track record demonstrating an aptitude to take ownership of projects: being the point person to develop, design and implement processes.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with teammates across multiple business functions.
- Ability to think proactively and strategically within your ideas and actions while balancing the current workflow and needs of the business.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting large data sets to make real-time decisions and recommendations, preferably SQL experience but not required.
- Robust analytical skills and extensive Excel/Google Sheets experience required.
- Strong communicator: this individual will interact with/present to senior leaders and business stakeholders on a regular basis.
