Red Ventures is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development. In this role, you will be responsible for building intuitive user interfaces, making key architectural decisions, developing performant APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. You will also act as the technical leader of a small team, offering an opportunity to provide guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers, as well as influence the direction of our technology.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and Node.js
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with public cloud offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience mentoring other engineers
• Experience building and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests for full-stack applications
• Experience building CI/CD environments and other forms of automation
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration, including the ability to disseminate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience using web interface design tools such as Figma to aid in development
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Experience implementing web accessibility standards.
• Experience with software monitoring tools such as New Relic or Datadog
• Experience working with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
